Default A/c air compressor convert

I've always wandered how to do this I've heard of it but have never seen it, is it a easy set up or cheap? I can't find any good video to see how it's done

its real easy. get your ac drained. cut your lines. intake side needs a air tool oiler adapted to it so the compressor gets oil while running. I ran 2ft of copper tube off the outlet side (trying to cool the air a little before goes into the rubber line) to a water oil separator. then ran 3/8 hose to a manifold that has a 120 psi on 150 psi off pressure switch. a wire needs to run from the switch to the wire on the ac pump. and a positive wire from a switch inside the cab.to the pressure switch. I then ran a hose out front to the bumper and ran a hose under the jeep to a semi air tank that is bolted in the back.

I ran my old xj just with a hose off the ac pump back to a tank. Quick easy cheap lol it lasted for a long time. Plus if it ever did burn up from no oil or sucking dirt, they are super cheap at the junk yard

I don't, I dont have that jeep anymore. I may do it to my new one but my ac works lol. All I did was cut both hoses, turn it on found the one that blows out. Took a air hose slide it over the ac tube, hose clamped it an ran it down to the back. Its simple an works. Im aure ppl are going to say its a ****ty way tk do it. But hey it works its cheap an mine never blew up
