Default XJ Fuel Tank Straps

Anyone got or know where to get fuel tank straps? One of mine has broke, in fact corroded away to nothing, need to replace them asap, MOT due.

When I replaced mine, I just went to pull a part and got them. I think I spent $5 on both of them.

Lots of online suppliers for the U.S., but I think you may have to pay tariffs in the UK. 30 bucks US around here, plus shipping from any online parts house.

You'll need J-Bolts and nuts for that job.

My bolts came out really easily haha. I've seen some opinions on here though that hanger-type bolts will work in lieu of the J bolts....

Lets see.......how about some really long zip ties !

Had to replace tank straps on my old Caddy beater, 1985, and the local Advance Auto place had them in stock !! Big surprise....
