Default XJ front pinion seak $?

Oops. I meant to say pinion seal.

I see prices all over the board from $9 to $42. What is the difference? Are the more expensive ones worth it? Why or why not?

there are two types. what year is your xj?

to be safe, buy both and return the other one once you're done.

I decided to split the difference between the prices. The one I found was $24 and was at the dealer. He asked for the last 9 of the VIN so it should be the correct one.

Thanks
