Is the mechanical fan shroud a straight swap across all the years? I.e. a 1998 shroud fitting on my 91?

thank but I got it figured out. I was able to get a wire diagram from my friends shop. He's has a software for just about every diagram any car has.

Default 84 jeep xj clutch pedal assembly

I'm trying to look for a clutch pedal assembly for my 1984 Cherokee and cant for the life of me find anything online for it. I've called up multiple companies and nothing nor can they point me in the right direction. If anyone has any ideas/guidance on the matter it would be greatly appreciated.

84-96 should be the same as far as that goes.

i'm about to order a sye and new driveshaft for my 4.0, automatic, NP231, dana 35c, Cherokee and I would like some suggestions of which sye and driveshaft to buy. On adamsdriveshaftoffroad.com they ask to install the sye first and send them measurements for the driveshaft which i dont understand because i know (and so should they) how long the length of a driveshaft on my particular model cherokee should be after the new sye is installed. My cherokee is my daily driver and this is a small project to be done in a weekend so i need to know exactly what to buy so I can do this in one sitting. I've seen the teraflex extreme short sye, which is attractive because i plan to do a ford 8.8 axle swap in the future and i know that the bigger differential housing will shorten the distance of yoke to yoke by an inch and thus, shorten my overall driveshaft length. Open to suggestions and critisizims, this is my first post. help me out guys

not all Cherokees are the same. There's different lift heights in factor. They are playing it smart by asking you to measure the length AFTER SYE install because it's your money and they don't want you to spend it twice on account of wrong measurements.

Much appreciated im new to the whole jeep thing and do not know much about manuals trying to learn the basics for now I know enough to identify problems and such. Btw I saw the this on ebay is it standard to replace the clutch and brake pedal assembly as a whole? I was thinking only the clutch pedal assembly needed to come off.

It's one piece. But why are you replacing it? It's not common for them to fail

The clutch pedal assembly where master cylinder pushrod attaches to the peg and from there up is bent too the point where I'm not getting a full push to engage the clutch it's just too much play in the pedal. I've bled the system and replaced the master cylinder, steel lines and the slave cylinder, then re-bled it again. Then it dawned on me to look at the dang pedal itself and that's about were I'm at.

Looking to install a combo auto trans/power steering cooler in my YJ. Anybody with more experience in this department, I'm trying to decide between Derale 13302 or 15301.

13302 is a 4 & 6 pass system. 4 for PS, 6 for AT.

I'm less worried about the PS and more worried about the AT. What would be recommended here? Just wondering if there will be a significant difference due to the stacked layout of the second cooler.
Price isn't much different. Size and depth aren't issues in this application. I just want to maximize cooling.

Thoughts?

Sorry there are so many open questions, but I have a ujoint issue. I bought 2 spicer 760s from Amazon(no one stocks them locally) and I over did it with the impact gun and the u joint press, so went to Autozone and grabbed a Moog super strength joint. Didn't open the box until later. It looks as though 2 of the caps came from a drive shaft ujoint(no slots for c clips). If Auto zone isn't open tomorrow should I:

Order another Spicer joint(2 day shipping) and put the CV axle in for commuting the first part of the week?

Try to get another MOOG joint(might be closed tomorrow)

Or can I take the caps from the spicer joint since the Moog joint is greasable?
