I have a 2003 inline 6 4.0 4x4. I need to replace the radiator, my question is....
Will I need to remove the front bumper to do this? I read a few places and believe even a YouTube video said the grill on these models don't just unbolt. I do what I can to save money on labor and to learn a little. My question is, how big of a job am I looking at? Thanks for any advice!

So what am I seeing here? Jeep has been sitting for over a year, finally getting around to get things back in order. The t-stat housing is caked in this despite being replaced in 2014 brand new. The VC and other areas have similar white corrosion. Should I worry?

Also, battery terminal has dusty corrosion? Battery is obviously dead, but these are brass. Again, anything to worry about?

Lastly, overflow bottle is drained of coolant. Not sure what happened there, but I am guessing the bottle cracked and leaked. Damn thing wasn't running so it couldn't be anywhere else lol.

Just clean it all. Red scuff pad will clean off the tstat housing. Clear coat it if you're worried.

You want my input....
Pay someone to do it. They blow.
And no you don't have to remove the grill. But it helps

Dang... That's what I read. Thanks for the input. I know this is a highly debatable question, but what should I be looking to pay for labor? (in Cali) even a ball park figure would be great, or the amount of hours it should take, so I can do my own math. If I go that route, I'll probably find someone off Craigslist since I have the part already. THANKS AGAIN
