( ps, not for out jeep, it's a 1989 YJ, but the transmissions should be the same.)

CLUTCH SLAVE CYLINDER
Removal (Cherokee & Wrangler)
1) Drain clutch master cylinder. Disconnect line at clutch
master cylinder and clutch slave cylinder lines. Remove transmission
and transfer case. Remove insulator bolts and slide insulator and
bracket off lines. See Fig. 1.
2) Remove retaining nut. Pry nut upward and off mounting pin
on transmission front case. Remove assembly.
Installation (Cherokee & Wrangler)
To install, reverse removal procedure. Bleed hydraulic
system.

construction wise, they are different. Cast rotors are one piece, composites are, as the name suggests, two different materials fused together to save weight.

You need to use the correct one though, that's all i know

those are cast - they have the squared off corner on the hub

MY oil gauge is messed up, when I start it it goes up to pressure then right back to Zero, even when driven. Any thoughts?

oil pressure sending unit is likely bad, or the wiring connector is loose. Happens a lot if you bumped it when changing the filter.

looks like this, and is located on top of the oil filter elbow:
