So the past week or so I noticed a new noise. A bad kind of noise. From I believe the front right area, starting above ~50-60 km/h I hear a sort of whining that sounds more like rubber or plastic dragging than an metallic squeal. It disappears below 20 km/h. Pitch and volume are speed-related.
I screwed up my wrist and I think I have a sinus infection so I figured I'd get some other opinions as I don't have stamina to do much right now. I'm thinking this is probably the wheel hub. Concur? I'm hoping I just need to re-torque the bolts.

i've been running tuff country fixed lowers since I bought the jeep. they've held up just fine. never needed to replace the bushings. I'd say replace the bushing and continue with life.

14v with the engine on, 12v with it off. It's not uncommon for connectors to corrode along the way.
I like this idea. Im building a zombie response rig, its got a long way to go based of funds and her needing so much maintenance to get her up to par, she was in bad shape. But the bamboo sounds interesting.

EMT conduit is lightweight, reasonably strong, galvanized, and doesn't bend when you put things on it that you'd actually put in a roof basket.

I should have never doubted you. I had written off the fuse because I had removed it while testing and put it back with a fresh fuse so I thought it would be good, but while I was running all over checking everything else it was just sitting there. It burnt out in the lowest fiber so it looked good until I got right up on it. You're a champ man.

I'm no expert but I don't think coolant is supposed to look like that... also, there's a bunch of sludge in the bottom of the overflow bottle. I'm anticipating that I need to get a new radiator and flush everything out? I was never really taught how to properly maintain a vehicle other than oil, so now I'm learning the hard way. I'm going to look into checking the tranny fluid and putting new fluid in ASAP as well. Just got the oil changed. Put new spark plugs in a while ago. Can anyone suggest any other maintenance I should do?
do you need em? no. would it be better? maybe. If I were to get new CA's, i'd go with something very strong. my personal favorite- ironman4x4.

No problem. Just remember, they went bad once so it's possible if you use the same bushings, they'll go bad again. But it might be 1,000 miles or 50,000. And i'd go ahead and replace all of them at once.

Im goin to draw up a layout but I though if zombie or what ever do happen then u would have a resource. That u can use for multiple things

Bamboo is lightweight and reasonably strong, however it bends very easily and will only last a year or two exposed to the elements.

I am doing both sides. The Jeep has been lifted on the same lift for over 6 years, and 85k miles. I think they did there job lol.
