I'm afraid if I tighten it too much, it will crack the plastic fitting coming from the radiator.
On the flip side, it might be the rad fitting that's cracked....
Ya I have a horrible coolant leak from somewhere too, I've seen some coming from that same hose end, but I know it can't be all of the leak. Just not sure where its comin from.

Well, I tightened the hose some more and it looks like its bubbling out of the plastic seam on the rad right by the hose.
Would that little leak make the car heat up fast? I didn't even have it running 6 minutes and it warmed up enough for the fan to come on...

Should I do the 99+ intake swap? Ive done it before when my motor was bone stock (C.A.I & muffler only) and I wasn't pleased with the results it killed my low end tourqe, now I have a ported & milled 7120 with the mopar performance slim head gasket 24lb LT1 6 hole injectors 63mm TB with spacer full exhaust Banks revolver with 2-1/2" from collector back. Now I love the power and tourqe im making but I want more but im afraid of doing the swap again and again killing my low end tourqe and power! What should I do?

I would think that the swap would have the same effects as it had last night since you've not really changed the engine at all.

If i remember correctly JPMagazine said they actually lost HP when switching to the 99+ intake. IMO the swaps not worth it anyways, just get you a Cold Air Intake, it'll complement the full exhaust nicely.
