2 things...
1. 4L, 91, all of a sudden was hard to start (fire), sputtered, and smelled a lil funny. Smell could have honestly been stihl Chainsaw, but seems like didn't smell except when I started rig. Ran better down highway, idled rough when still.
I am thinking fuel filter?
2. I just installed a set of RC adjustable lca's. I cranked the bolts that attached the arms to axle and frame with impact. Experiencing some popping noises. Any suggestions?

New issue, was out wheeling today and my jeep would randomly die when going up or down a climb... it wouldn't start right back up, but if I let it cool to below about 200 it'd fire right back up.. any suggestions? It didn't do it every time I did a climb, and it never did it while driving on the roads and had never done it prior to today. 97 xj country, motor only has 2500 miles on it..

#2 when you tightened down the bolts was the weight of the rig on the axle or was it jacked up?

Drivers window switch doesn't work for just the driver window. It used to only work when I held the switch and slowly found a sweet spot while opening and closing the door. Now it doesn't work at all, only for that window. All the other windows work no matter what position the driver door is in. I believe when opening and closing the door either the switch is loosing power of the switch has power and while holding it and finding the sweet spot the wires to the window motor are not getting power.
I'm looking to rig up a switch or something to the window motor to get it to work properly. Where would I start. I assume a 2 way toggle with a center off position would work but how would I wire it in to power the window up and down.
Any help is appreciated, also I have looked for bare wires in the door and jam and cannot locate anything that's not normal.
