It swirls the air in the intake manifold for better atomization with the injected fuel. Installs in 2 minutes.

No intake manifold removal or nothing. I think you should buy one, do a complete test on it, and start a thread documenting the whole thing from start to finish with real nice photos.

How would it work on a Jeep as soon as air enters the manifold it just slams into the bottom and the injectors ain't in the TB

About as well as what you're suggesting for alot less money and for sure alot less labor.
