All XJs came with slip yokes from the factory lol... I assume you mean a slip yoke ELIMINATOR. As yours listed is a 2001, probably. An SYE is the best way to go. Realistically you can lift it and assess the problem, while you wait for parts you can put it in 4H and drive around without the rear prop shaft. Instant FWD XJ lol

So I just spent my entire weekend working on the old gal and she won't start. I replaced my exhaust manifold, cleaned out the engine and intake as much as I could, installed rebuilt and flow tested 4 hole injectors, fuel pressure regulator, MAP sensor, front pipe, 02 sensor and cat. It had been sitting for about a month before I did all of this. Now it just cranks, barely any pressure in fuel rail, I can get it to fire for a couple of second if I squirt some carb cleaner right on the butterfly, but that's it. I checked the fuel lines for kinks, none. What should I look for next? Thanks for the help everyone.
