Anything? Not to push but I'm trying to figure it out as we speak

If it was fine before and not after the header I would say your header is the issue.

I've ground down the bridge on the intake between the 4th and 5th and it hasn't helped yet. I think I need to grind theb6th runner on the manifold next..

Try googleing apn header install issues or something and you should find someone that had the similar problem. Maybe a mirror and a flashlight will show you something your missing.

Can you run fixed lower control arms with stock uppers at 3in of lift. Any alignment issues?

It'll work if your fixed lowers are the right length.

Thanks for the help. They are good for 3-4.5in of lift. The bushings in my stock lowers need replaced so I feel its time to upgrade anyhow. If anything, will it increase my caster angle?
