Default Wrong size filter ?!?!

So in the parts catalog it calls for mopar number MO090 the fat filter. Well i have the skinny filter from what i can see the seal lines up correctly on the fat one but will it be okay to run the fatter filter on there or should i replace it with the skinny since a skinny came off of it ?

Cruiser is one of the few I would doubt on here.

Fat is where it's at. More filter area. Recently changed son's oil, Wix 51515 (fat) was 25% longer than what came off.

Go buy a "fat" filter and spin it on? Add some more oil and stop worrying.

Should be able to do in in the auto parts parking lot.

Bonus points if you pour the oil from the old filter back into the engine saving the $ for the quart of oil.
