More info and punctuation. Does it run for a few seconds and then die? Does it require a long cranktime? Make sure your exhaust and intake are freeflowing and you've got good fuel pressure. Sounds like your motor gets just enough fuel to start but not enough to keep running.

when you start the jeep it rolls over a few times, starts for say like 3 to 6 seconds then dies, every now and then you can have it running for 30 seconds and rev the jeep up. the exhaust is brand new and working perfectly. the intake is fine as well. the jeep dose get enough pressure to get the gas to the fuel rail. but i have replaced the fuel pump twice...not sure what to try next
