Default Wont start in the cold... Please help

I have a 92 Cherokee. If it's been in the insulated garage it fires right up. If i leave it outside overnight it won't start unless you mess with it for like 15 minutes. Does anyone have any ideas??

It's not wet out. I live in northern Michigan. Right now it's like 20 degrees and dry

Does it have new spark plugs? They may just need to be changed

When it does start, does it start cleanly, or does it stumble for a while?

If you have new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, then I would get a hold of a fuel pressure gauge and do some pressure testing before starting, when trying to start, and when running to confirm proper fuel delivery.

Testing of your throttle position sensor would also make some sense.

I found on another forum someone that's having the exact problem. If he turns the key on for like 5 min the fuel pump kicks on and then it will fire and stall a few times then finally start and run. Once it's running you can turn it off and it restarts until you let it sit overnight. Exactly what mine does

I think 10-30. What we are guessing is that the fuel is not being delivered efficiently into the fuel rail which is y it takes so lol to start
