Default Wiring question

Hello again, recently purchased a 1989 Cherokee Laredo. Im trying to clean up some of the wiring that the previous owner did. Ive found several cut wires under the dash and driverside kick panel that i have no idea what they belong to or where they should go.

-On the driverside interior along the lower trim panels underneath the carpet are two wires (one red and one blue) both of mine are cut right where they would go into the fuse box. I followed these wires to see where they go on the other end. From what i can see these go to a relay or some other wiring located in the rear quarter panel. Any ideas what these are for or where they go are greatly appreciated

-under dash, there is a wire that plugs into the fuse box to a slot called "ign" this wire has a connector that joins with about 4 other wires most of them being pink. One of these pink wires is cut and doesnt go anywhere. From my understanding the pink wires provide power and is probably there to power an accessory of some type?

-also under the dash is a dark blue wire with white stripe. this is also cut so im not able to tell if this needs to continue to fuse box to complete the circuit. the other end goes deep into a harness that honestly i dont want to tear apart the whole dash to trace down.

any help is greatly appreciated

thank you
marcos

If you haven't already, do to Crusier54's site @ https://cruiser54.com/ and start working through tips 1-5. They won't address your issue but will help get your XJ running better.

While you're there go to: https://cruiser54.com/?page_id=365 and get the '88 FSM and Renix Fuel Injection manuals.

In the FSM, you find the wiring diagrams. Pinks are power related and some feed interior lights. There are also pinks for the cruise control that connect to the brake switch.

Then tape up any bare ends & tuck them up out of the way as they are irrelevant to your model/spec XJ.
