Smile Running wires from interior to fuse box

Hey yall,

I bought a wiring kit for my dash cam that I thought could be ran directly into the fuse panel in the interior of my 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited but the wiring is actually supposed to be connected to the fuse box in the engine bay. So, I am trying to figure out how to run these wires from the interior of the vehicle (behind the rear view mirror) to the engine bay. I currently have the ends of the wiring sitting in the fuse panel area. I am trying to do this without removing any additional hardware (besides plastic trim) and without having to crawl completely under the vehicle because I don't have any sort of lift. Let me know if you suggestions (besides taking it to a "professional"). Thank you!

p.s. The dash cam is the Rexing V5 Plus 3-Channel 4k and the wiring also from Rexing, their Universal Intelligent Hardware Kit... ironic that it says universal and intelligent

Why does it have to go to the engine bay, versus the inside fusebox?

the reason for this is I have a motion sensor that I am trying to install and it requires wiring to a socket that has constant power and one only with power while the car is on but the interior fuse panel doesn't have a socket which only has power when the car is on. All of the sockets are either always on or do not have power running to them at all (ignition on or off). However, the fuse box in the engine bay does. So, I am trying to ascertain the most effective way of running wires from my dash cam (interior) to the engine bay. I am not much of a gear head so I don't want to go poking through any firewalls or drilling any unnecessary holes.

I'm a little surprised that the interior box doesn't have a circuit that's switched with the ignition. On my 2014, one of the power outlets is only on when the ignition is on. Possible to grab from there?
