questionable wiring

questionable wiring
hello I just bought a jeep from a guy that I work with who is completely full of crap so it is pointless to ask him for any help the jeep was just filled to the brim with his "custom wiring I was able to remove most of it but on the passenger side just under the glove box is a relay and three wires hang from it green grey and white I just want to know if anyone knows what this is the guy told me they were speaker wires that he had cut when he redid the stereo which he lied about doing

no clue what the relay or those wire are for, there were however certain models that came with tweeters in the dash behind the grilles in the lower corners of the lower dash and even if ya didnt get the package the plugs were still there but there were only 2 wires per side.
i hate people who screw with wiring when they dont have a clue what they are doing, i love the use of the marrets....

Its common for the power antennas to break, i took the whole assembly out of mine and replaced it with an after market one, the relay still clicks whenever i turn on the radio tho lol
