Wiring fun...
Stuck a battery jumper box on my XJ for the first time in a year and a half... Was checking which wire to use for my fuel cell... Well i got constant power at it... Also my left reverse light is on... No key turned on either... Abviously I got a wiring issue somewhere but was wondering if anyone knows where these two systems meet... Maybe I can narrow it down... Lol... Probly a frickin rat...

Ignition switch that is on top of steering column behind gages? I would start in that area since your key has to be in the run position for any of the reverse and what not too work. Right?
That also sends power to your fuel tank too, could have a short there.

Its weird man... Never had a problem before... I can wire in my pump cause it keeps running... And I dont know why the pass side dont come on with the drivers... Maybe the bulbs bad lol... Ill check it for power just cause... I would think if the switch was bad and sending power that it all would have power... I dunno... Also got a bird nest in the cd players spot... Maybe they ate wires... Eggs still there so didnt wanna disturb it... Oh well now... Lol
