That's nice, wonder if I could fab a set of those into my 4 dr. I think wing windows that open make the Jeep, they are very nice.

My 91 did not come with operational vents, so I grabbed a set from the local pick-n-pull. My 92 Sport did come with them, but who knows if they were stock or installed by a PO. I was at the JU this week and noticed quite a few XJs with the operational vents. They're great to have!

That site lists them as 89-95 2 or 4 door. My window sticker lists them as being a $91 option in 1993.
Yeah, make sure you fix that whistle so you can find out where the other noises are coming from!

The time is right for hitting the Bone-Yards for parts like these. Just two screws up top and a bolt down at the bottom of the guide rail. A can of PB Blaster to loosen the screws/bolt, pull back the upper peice of window trim and take off the lower Inner window trim and it;s a very easy swap! While you have them out, lube the lower pivot point with PB Blaster and it makes the old things work a lot smoother...

Have fun and remember to close them if you are going mudd'n or driving on the highway on a real bug infested day...

Man I wish that the back glass and vent would fit the 4 door rigs!
