Default Window Wipes

To go along with the gaskets I also posted about, I am looking for a source, for new window wipes, or if someone has figure out something pretty close.

Hi, are you looking for the rubber piece that the outer/inner door glass rides on? like this "http://www.the-house-of-jeep.com/jeep-body-parts/1984-01-cherokee-body-parts/Weatherstripping/"...Tj

My goodness... yes they are a bit pricey. Of course, if no one is making repros. Has anyone played around with making their own? I know many probably wouldn't care, but it does help how much water gets into the door panels.

Ah ha. Side window wipes, that makes more sense. I didn't think anybody would be asking about wiper blades, but to tell ya the truth it wouldn't surprise me. I've seen stranger questions on here. Sorry, I wasn't trying to insult your intelligence.

As for your original question.. I don’t know where to get any new or repro ones (Never had to replace any). Maybe try to find some decent ones in a junkyard?

Speaking of junkyards, almost all of the local ones have crushed all their older cherokees. Kinda sad really. I miss the old junkyards.
