Default Window will not go up

I have a 97 4.0 with power windows.
All my windows work well with exception of my passenger rear. It will go down but not up. I don't think it is a regulator but more of a small issue.
But what do I know....
it is currenlty stuck in half position

I've had issues with the switch panel itself many times (including my drivers side front now {i need the door open to open / close the window}). What usually will remedy this is pull the switch cover (3 screws), pull the plugs off and check for corrosion / stretching of the ****ty connector pins embedded in the rubber. What worked for me was to use a pick or screwdriver or something (careful not to put it into you hand) and bend the connectors together a bit for a more snug and conducting connection.

Definitely worth a shot, worked for me!
