Default Window Regulator(s) is really slow

91' Jeep Cherokee Laredo.

I have an odd problem. Here are the symptoms:

1. Driver side door power window goes up and down slowly about halfway then starts moving at somewhat regular speed(or what one would consider regular speed)
2. Passenger side power window goes up and down slowly
3. Rear Passenger side power window goes up and down slowly
4. Rear driver side power windows goes up and down at regular speed.

All 4 of them sound like they are struggling a good bit. New Battery with a good charge so I don't think it's a power issue but it "feels" like they are getting stuck in the door somehow.

For poops and giggles, I took the door panel off the driver side and rubbed my hand up and down on the actuator itself and it was really "dirty" feeling on the worm screw. Once I did that the driver side window started going a little faster up and down and didn't get stuck in the spot it normally does but it still sounded like it was struggling. I could just be hoping that was the fix.

Anyone have any tips and tricks to make my windows go up and down at a normal speed?

P.S. I was thinking about replacing all of the actuators but looking at my door, it looks like everything is riveted into the door (holy hell!).

I pulled off the black plastic tube below the worm screw and cleaned the "worm screw" thing and the fuzzy tail, and the inside of the tube, lot n lots of dirt in the tube. Then lubricated, and put the tube back on the tail. Worked much better.
