Default Why does my engine sound like this?

I've been driving with this noise for ~60k miles. The truck runs great, I'd like it to sound great.

The lifters are loud but that's not the issue. It seems to be coming from below the head just a loose rattling noise that goes with the stroking of the engine. Like something is loose just rattling around in there.

I don't have much experience with engine work but I'd guess camshaft bearings is that a common issue? I could use some ideas thanks

I made a video-->

Listen past the loud lifters, there's a rattle/knock. You can hear it best towards the end

That could be a loose flex plate.

Or loose converter bolts.

I would get on a creeper and roll around underneath listening and feeling to try and pin point the location of the noise.
