This is behind the front bumper on the drivers side

 

is that a windshiled washer pump?...do both your front and year wipers washers work?

 

I'm assuming you are talking about the plug going to the left of the pic.
it looks like the outside temp sensor plug in, but it's kinda far to the driver side, check to see if you have another one of those in the middle top of the front bumper

 

Looks like one of two plugs that go into my windshield washer fluid reservoir. I would check there first, under your drivers side front fender.

 

Thanks guys. I'll check the windshield washer pump. My wiper washers don't work, thought it wash just a bad pump.
