Default where is the pcm?

im trying to do a cheap fix for an expensive problem. the voltage regulator in the computer isnt working and im trying to put in an external one. the only problem i am having is i cant seem to find the blue and green wires that i need to use that i have been reading about. im just not sure where or what the pcm looks like. i start back at school in a couple days and need to get this thing rolling! thanks for any help!

Under hood mounted close to the driver fender. next to the air box. if you need a new one i have one sitting around if interested. its out of a 98 not sure what year yo have..

nope, 95 is obd 1. 96 and newer obd2

Yeah the PCM is the little black box mounted to the driver's side fender. Open it up and you should see the wires you're talking about

Did you intentionally leave the question unanswered about installing an external voltage regulator or are you waiting to read just how one would accomplish such a modification.

The circuit board is not accessible, it is coated with about a half an inch of resin. I would not go through the trouble of trying to hack an external regulator into the charging system, fix it the correct way and no possible gremlins in the future.
