Default Where to get vacuum hose

Hey guys i have a slight vacuum leak resulting in a slightly higher than normal idle, i traced the leak to a hose coming of the intake manifold going to the rear of the valve cover, the hose appears to be in ok condition but the sleeve that interfaces the hose with the barbed fitting on the manifold is splitting.

Any idea what to call this "sleeve" and where to get a new one?

And a second hose is slightly cracked but not leaking yet, it comes the side (right nexto the air cleaner)(and is very small diameter) of the intake manifold at a right angle, and goes along to the firewall to what looks like a little pump.
I would like to get a replacement of this hose as well thanks guys. if need be im pretty sure i can rustle up some pictures if requested.

Thanks guys

Parts store. They sell it in bulk. Take a sample with you.

Actually yes. They are used in big trucks as air lines. If you need complete vacuum harnesses, Napa has them as does TeamCherokee.

My experience is you have to go to a real parts store like Napa, and one that preferably carries parts for big trucks.
