My check engine light is on and I was wondering where I plug the scan tool into? Someone told me it was under the hood but he didnt say where. If anyone has a pic of what im looking for or knows that would be great.

Key on key off key on. Then the light should flash. Count the flashes and google the number.
Long flas is 10 short flash is 1

 

The plug is right next to the PCM, but you can use the key cycle method to get the code.
