Default Wheel return.. And front shaft grind

I went on a little test drive today.
this thing will run and drive on the road, and get me from A to B.. But I still have a lot of work to do.
First off, when you turn the wheel, either direction, the wheel will not return to zero position. You have to turn it back to straighten the wheels. What do I need to replace to fix this?

Also, the grinding I am hearing, from my passenger side, is deffinitly NOT the wheel bearing. And I have new brakes, and rotors and calipers, so not brakes.
I duct taped the camera under the Jeep and went on a test drive, and the noise is not coming from the wheel area, but was behind the camera.

I jacked it up again, and had my kid spin the tire for me, while I looked for noise.
The only thing I can figure, is where the front drive shaft meets the front yolk.
I assume there is a bearing right there. Tomorrow I am going to remove the front shaft and go around the block to confirm it. But if I am correct, what could be the issue there? How hard is it to replace?

Thanks
