Hey guys! How do i loosen the plastics around the steering wheel? My wire for the position lights-

( i'm not sure if this is the right word? The lever you pull when you wanna signal if ur going right or left )

-is off and i need to connect the 2 stumps of wire together so i can signal again hehe.

Anyway i cant reach it and i'm going crazy trying to figure out how get the plastics off!

Any help would be great!

Cheers!

It depends on what year and model Jeep you have. I have had sever years and some have a screw or two and some just snap off.

Maybe you're talking about the steering column cover(s)?

You may have to pull the steering wheel too.

Oh sorry how silly of me to forget

i got a 91 cherokee limited. i've had the steering wheel off, but couldnt find a way to get to the cables anyway. Maybe i'll just have to do it again and look more carefully.

Just hoped anyone knew like " theres a hidden ninja screw riiiight theeere " that i'd missed.

CCken what do you mean?
