96 stock except 235-75-15s First tank refill yesterday got 17.5.
thought it was a 20 gallon tank but from light to full was only 15 gallons.
At first I was bumming that I only went 287 miles on 20 gallons. Now I'm wondering about the gas gauge.

89 4.0 stock everything
getting 12mpg, most city driving, when I say city, it means slow, lots of stops and slow driving due to really bad streets (holes, bumps)

I'm not tryin to be a d**k but I know my Jeep like the back of my hand. I rebuilt the motor around 258xxx miles and its just now turning over 270xxx miles. I drive it every day and gas here is 3.32 a gal. $20 dollars worth is 6.0xx gallons and I drive around 140 miles on 6 gallons so that's about 23 miles to the gallon and like I said I'm not tryin to be an ***
