Update to mine after the lift/tires/trimming/engine mods:

1995, 4.0L, AX-15, NP231, stock 3.07 gears, 261,000 miles, *703 injectors, 60mm throttle body, high flow exhaust, 33x12.5x15 Mickey Thompson MTZs

17.3 mpg average city/hwy combined

1997 4.0L AW4 np231 3.55 232,000 K&N filter high flow exhaust 31x10.50 wild country MTX's. I get about 15 mpg highway/city avg.

Stock drivetrain in my 99XJ
3 inch lift with 31x10.5

27.6 MPG at 65mph for 53miles.
on the way back 27.2. still pretty good.

95 xj stock engine, stock wheels and tires 16MPG [combo city/highway] on a good day...

'92 4.0, recent tuneup, 15in tires, Glasspack with no tailpipe, Teenage driver, mostly highway driving.... About 12-14 MPG.

I need to resolve the 5th thing to get better mileage.

98 sport 4" lift 31's, stock bumper and flares roof rack but no cage, 11-12mpg, fuel pump needs replaced

1998 XJ 4x4 AW4, 3in lift on 31x10.5

IAC relocated
AirHog filter, with opened box
fresh tune up
703 injectors
Flowmaster with cat
Mobil1 oil change
Mech Fan delete
99+intake is not installed yet (sitting in the garage...)
5% added to mileage for tire correction

I am averaging 17.8mpg (alot of highway) but fluxuates between 15-17.8
