Hey guys it's another installment of "name this part." i have no idea what this is, it has a circuit board in it and is on the headliner between the sun visors... i gots my 93 (it's not a sport) and it does not have one of these. i am thinking it was/is some kind of censor for daytime running lights but i can't find nothing in the owners manual about that i know that a lot of Canadian cherokees have daytime running lights well let me know what y'all think...

 

this is in my 94 xj sport and my 93 is just a cherokee sorry if i was vague on this i read my post and ya anyway what do you guys think?

You should be able to get a fob. They are pricey at the dealer. Once in awhile you see them in the for sale section here.
