Not according to the factory chart I posted above!! It's all we used at the dealership for the 13 years I was there. It gets down to 0* here.

I use 10w-30 conventional, whatever brand is on sale (including store brands) and I religiously change it every 3000. Why? Because the manual told me to.
I also add some Marvel Mystery Oil sometimes. Why? It makes me feel like I'm doing something.
In summer, I switch to 10w-40. Why? A mechanic I trust said it's okay.
I have more than 300k on mine and - thankfully - it runs great.
