I've got a Daystar that's been on my Jeep now for 3 years - plenty of room for 30's and I think 31's will fit. I'm running 30's now with 4 in backspace wheels. If you go the same route you will notice slight rubbing when turning and backing up. A little plastic trimmed off the front bumper caps cures that.

teraflex. it's a true 2" lift. Most others are 1 3/4.

I recently added 2" of lift for about $75. I used 2" blocks for the rear... they can be purchased at pep boys or autozone or o'reilly's for $30 and they come with Ubolts. Then I bought a pair of good coil spring spacers for $45 from a local 4x4 shop. It's not an all-included kit, but easy and cheap... and no shipping costs or wait.
Also, I think the blocks are sometimes considered better than shackles for the rear because they keep the weight distributed on the leafs properly.
Keep in mind, new shocks will probably be in order eventually.

Anyway, good luck.
