2000 Cherokee. It bolts to the engine block right above the oil dipstick tube. I assume it's a ground but when I test it there is no continuity through it. I've been chasing an airbag light and searching posts it says to check this. I have replaced clock spring and it didn't help. Thanks

 

An Ignition coil capacitor. Helps filter out the EM noise for the PCM/Radio etc. The jeep will run without it. Was an 00/01 thing.
