I bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee with 14k miles on it in July 2018. It was fine until November 2018 and one day I lost all my headlights, turn signals, and the radio on the inside. Everything was dead. I took it back to the dealership and when they did the diagnostic test the only thing that showed up was a "dead" radio and headlight. They replaced the left headlight and the touchscreen radio on the inside and sent it home. It was about a month later, I was driving and everything went off again but shortly came back on. Twice within the last month, it has taken these fits but now my mileage number blinks on the dash and I cannot unlock or lock my doors using the door panel switches OR the key fob. I try to make an appointment to take it back to the garage but magically stuff starts working again and they refuse to look at it right away when everything is off. Has anyone ever seen this before or have an idea of what it is? Common sense tells me its electrical but they only wanna replace headlights and radios.

Check your battery connections . We had multiple new vehicles in our fleet that magically lost electrical after previously running fine . I would arrive at the address in the service truck to find that the battery had never been clamped down and the post was simply sitting on top the battery post .
