What is this transistor?
Cherokee 2000. In the heater blower control module there is this part something as a transistor(mosfet) or else. It is dead. Where I can find datasheet for this OEM Int Rectifier part? Or where and how to order it?
See picture pls.

Usually semiconductors have a number stamped onto them. Type the number into google or YAHOO search . 75% of the time you can get data sheets and a number of online sources that will sell a replacement.

International Rectifier part IR 941G
This is semiconductor of International Rectifier marked as IR 941G.
I got in touch with IR tech support and they told me that it is specially designed OEM part and IR not allowed to give any information about it.
Also they said that the best way is to contact with module manufacture.
OK. But I don't know whome to ask about Jeep module??
That it's why decided to ask you, guys.
May be somebody has any idea how to find out what is this IR 941G.
Where to buy it or its substitution?

Yes I am 100% sure it's dead. All pins are short!
Anyway I'm sure some service gang found possibility to repair module by
replacement of this transistor.
In my country (I'm Russian) is a big mess to find such information.
By the way Russian Jeep service wants about 200 bucks for the module.
Thank you all guys for your time. I still hope to overcome

Looks kind of like the Radio Shack 5 volt regulator.

You most likely can not buy just that part, you have to get the whole module.

IR tech support.
I'd call the International Rectifier Tech Support again...explain your situation that you don't have any support...tell them that you cannot find the OEM, and have no way to get any information from them. Perhaps the tech support guy will have a little pity and help you out a bit.
May be in the USA it is possible to let the tears?
It looks as if only Chrysler could give this information but I've no contact.
