New transistor / blower... Heater still not working! HELP

Unhappy New transistor / blower... Heater still not working! HELP

I replaced both transistor and blower on my 2002 grand cherokee v8 and it's still not blowing.... Please I'm in Chicago it's Effen Cold !!!!!!! HELP!!
