It is called the CCV it is the same as a pcv except it is just a orifice and goes to the manifold vac port the other one goes the the air filter housing

I have a 95 xj 4.0 2wd with a broken hose ( wich attaches to the rubber grommet in the main pic above) i looked on line and it said it was the tube crank case vent for intake manifold, i can only find that specific hose on one website for a 99 wrangler, can someone explain what this hose does and how it works and where i can get a new one?
