What is this part?

What is this part?

This tube from the back of the valve cover to the intake is cracked. I cant seem to find the piece online. Anyone have a lead or what it is actually called? Local junkyard ones were broken as well.

I was going to just use some hose, but my preference is just to get the correct part.

This is for the front of the valve cover.

Crankcase vent to Air Cleaner Tube

I'm pretty sure this is for the rear.

Here's a diagram from the July 2003 version of the 1997-1999 Jeep Cherokee (XJ) Parts Catalog for the I6 4.0L motor.
I think you are inquiring on #2 which is called a "TUBE, Crankcase Vent To Intake Manifold".
