Did you want a full list of things that can cause that? lol
I assume you drive a Jeep as you've put "Cherokee" in your profile, but not what year, what engine, if it's an XJ, or what the maintenance history is

Thanks for the great responses. Lol
The rest of my post for some reason didn't post.
I have a 99 Xj 4.0 automatic with 195.000 miles. Currently (within the past two months) I've replaced spark plugs, wires, distributor, starter, alternator, fan clutch assembly, valve cover gasket. This just happened out of nowhere. It'll happen if the engine is cold, or even warm.

The only code that it throws is the o2 sensor. Then again, I bought it a year ago with the same problem. So I doubt that's the problem (UNLESS IM COMPLETELY WRONG)

Here's a little updated. Last night, I cleaned out the coil and throttle position sensor because when I opened them There were full of mud and water. Which I believe can be a cause of the prbloems I'm having. Cleaned them real well, put dielectric grease and the jeep is running much better.
Nevertheless, I went to my buddies house that has a scanning computer and BAAAMMM!!! P0122 Throttle position Sensor and P1391 Intermittent loss of CMP or CKP.
I guess I will be ordering these two tonight.

Woah easy there!
Did you clear the codes after replacing the TPS? They don't go away on their own. TPSes hate water so you might've resolved it.
Have you inspected the wiring to the CKP(CPS)? Or were you gonna drop big bucks on the CKP and CMP sensors without looking at the connection just because you have nothing better to spend the money on?

Didn't you hear of that new money tree? LOL... I know what you mean. I'll go ahead and inspect those today. Even when I cleaned them last night, it sputtered very Little.. Nothing like it did before.
