What connects to what?

May I assume regarding the YELLOW's... I remove the bolt and connect two together?

What's up with the RED's... Has the small tube been cut?

My 90 has a "Y" on the line that charges the ball for the Vac Disco. I'm pretty sure there is a check valve between there and the ball, (or at the ball), so the ball can hold vacuum. Then there is the little tube coming back out to work the heater controls and the cruze. I guess in theory, that business won't leak much vacuum. There are some pics in my signature that might help.

There are two different vacuum reservoirs and slightly difffering hose setups, depending on whether or not your truck originally came with cruise control. I've provided the parts list and diagram to show the difference. The longer reservoir used on trucks with the cruise control system has two separate chambers, completely independent from each other, but both fed by the one large rubber hose, that is teed to split the vacuum source into two, to supply the two chanbers. One chamber has a hard plastic line going to the heater/AC controls, the other has a plastic line going to the cruise servo. There is also a tee in the large rubber line near the cruise servo that feeds vacuum directly to the servo for some part of the function of the servo. I'm not familiar with how the two different vacuum lines to the cruise servo interact to perform its proper function, but hopefully the diagram will help you hook up your vacuum lines. But if your truck did not have cruise control, it has the smaller round reservoir, with one rubber hose as a vacuum source, and a single plastic line to the heater/AC controls. Note that some of the diagram pertains strictly to diesel engines.

Default Got it!

Got it! All connected. The unknown issue was... One of the small tubes was snapped... Of which I will need to replace. Thanks all for the help... Couldn't have done it without you!

The small tube can be spliced with vaccum hose.
