Default Weird vibrations

Hi. Ever since I'm bought this jeep I've been getting like a vibrating booming sound when I drive 50-60 km/h. I don't really know when it could be and thats why I'm here. It is stock height still but has 31s cuz the fenders are cut. Based on the cut fenders I don't know if that means the previous owner had a lift in it with bigger tires and took it out or was trying to maintain a low cog. Anyway, any one have thoughts on why I'm getting these vibrations?

It could be one of the driveshafts, or it could be the roof rack. Or it could be 100 other things. Are there any conditions where it's worse or better?

the vibrations only occur in the 50-60 km/p range. It happens anytime I'm in that range. It's also produces a low bass, booming sound that again, is only within that range

Probably wind noise. Do you have a roof rack?
