hey everyone, i have a 2001 cherokee. stock suspension. When i go over a bump i hear a thud or thunk sound and something almost feels like its wobbling in the right front for a spilt second on hard bumps. i hear the thunk sound on small bumps but nothing really vibrates or wobbles. i know this is kinda vague but any help would be great. thanks alot guys.
Most of the time it will be your sway bar bushings. Definitely if its stock, the swaybar seems to have an awful angle thats is hard on them and wears them out. Problem is that there are many different sizes. Mine was a 26 mm sway bar on a 99 Cherokee classic. If you measure it with a standard tape 1 inch is equal to 25.4mm. Also this most likely will be the sway bar to frame bushings. You can tell visually that its bad if the is a gap around the sway bar
