weird squealing

X elventy on the high belt tension.

If the tension screw bottoms out, you need a new belt. Otherwise, tighten until it doesn't slip anymore.

ive cranked mine down pretty good the belt barley has any play between the water pump and power steering pump... do i need to tighten it till there is no play at all?

If it's still slipping, then yes. I was surprised how much mine took to stop.

i believe it dude ive got mine cranked pretty good i can hardly move it but looks like im going tighter tuesday, busy with family on monday

hey guys FIGURED IT OUT. my dad works at a ford dealership he took it in and the guy tht does all the lifts and wheels figured it out in 2 seconds. it was the a/c compressor was overcharged. its supposed to be charged with 1.5 lb and it had a little over 3 lbs!!!
