Okay, I've search and didn't find wath peps are doing with their PCM. I got a 90xj that just had the PCM burnt cuz I flooded the xj in the water. Its just tucked above ur feet on the driver side. Where is everyone throwing this thing to so it don't get wet as easy? Or what u doing to water proof everything else?

You could use a rubbermaid container, some silicon, and get creative.

 

what ever you do don't pack it so tight/restricted it overheats.

 

That's pretty deep water when it gets into the passenger compartment at just about your knee level. That's actually above the fuse box. You're gonna have continual electrical problems no matter what you do.
