Default Water On Passenger Floor Board

I am having an issue that seems to be pretty common but the usual fix does not seem to be what is wrong here. Every now and then when it rains there is a small puddle of water on the passenger side floor board I thought it was the fresh air intake but I have that sealed up. Even before I sealed it I poured a gallon of water down the cowl and no water got into the cabin. It doesn’t look like there’s any water around intake but I see a wet spot that is 12” offset from the puddle. I don’t think it’s anything with the HVAC box because I just took the whole thing out last week.

I’m trying to figure this out here before I put the new carpet in. Just did all the floorboards and I’m sure this was the reason why they were rotted out when I got it and I don’t want this to happen again. Thanks for any help y’all can provide.

Found it, window seal in corner. Rain picked up drasticly and so I was able to trace it. Easy enough since window needs replacing anyways.

Just make certain when the windshield is removed that the pinch weld is well painted to prevent it from rusting!
