Default water

So I was out playing around in my 1993 jeep and hit some water. Now she won't start or even try and trun over its like there is no power going to the starter any help?????

Try checking to see if the battery has any power. You most likely grounded out your electrical system. Check all grounds, and any connection you can find.

Moving to OEM Tech.

A little but not much I no bout sucking water in to the engine but would that stop my starter from working

The battery still has power everything in the Jeep turns on and my lights work I'm sitting at 12volt charge

Check the connections at the starter solenoid. And all grounds. Check for power with a multi meter.

I would check the starter relay.
Its on the fenderwell next to the battery.
Your battery cable attaches to it.
You might have gotten water in it and shorted it.

check if your air filter is moist. if it is you sucked water in and then you need to check your intake and spark plugs.
