Default Want to replace track bar and rusty bracket. Help me order parts?

Trying to prep my XJ for winter duty. When I make a sharp turn pulling out of a parking space, I get klunking, and it almost feels like the tires are skipping (like the 4WD test on dry pavement) I've lived with it, but if it's under $100 to fix, I think I'll try it. Dealer told me I needed a new track bar a while back anyway.

I run a stock non-lifted road-only XJ for commuting only.
Can you help me get a track bar, and the bracket?
Just need basic OEM stuff. Got a link?
Just get this track bar for $65?

I might need to destroy the bracket to get it off.
The bolt is rusted beyond recognition, so I have no idea how to get this off somehow.
Does a dremel fit in there?
I want a replacement bracket.
Does this bracket work?

The track bar you spec'd says it's for XJ's up to 1995. Yours is newer. I'm not sure if there is a difference but wouldn't chance it unless you are certain they are the same.
Perhaps this one?:
Omix-Ada 18205.04 Track Bar : Amazon.com : Automotive Omix-Ada 18205.04 Track Bar : Amazon.com : Automotive

The frame mount bracket doesn't look too healthy either. I'm not sure who stocks those.

The jerking/hopping is often failed front u-joints, might check those.

Lots of PB blaster and a good set of 6-point wrenches.
